Carlos Pellicer Museum (Tepoztlan)

Prehispanic Art Museum Carlos Pellicer is located in Tepoztlan, Morelos. The museum is named after the renowned poet and museographer Carlos Pellicer and focuses on the dissemination of his collection of pre-Columbian objects. The museum is housed in what was once the breadbasket of the Church of Our Lady of the Nativity. The museum is also known by the name of Mexico for Peace.

žIn this museum are significant pieces of pre-Hispanic cultures of sticking a piece of GodOmeotochtli Tepoztecatl, with the figure representing "two rabbits", his shrine is located onthe hilltop Tepozteco.
Curious this museum is named after the famous poet 
Tabasqueño, who upon arrival inTepoztlán fell in love with its mountains, valleys and canyons to the point of dedicating his verses and choose it as their second home where he established and managed to createmuch of its work.
